Stunning evening at Petone Beach

Last night we went to Petone Beach after dinner - the sea was so calm, the sunset amazing

Even a photo shoot was happening - why I know this... there was no groom :D

Cool little hat...

I had some 'wool' that was threads from sari's that had been woven together.  I decided to use it to make a beanie - and gave it to a little girl who is the daughter of my husband's friend - she was so happy to get given it.

I love summer...

You can't beat Wellington on a great day ... 2nd day in a row of perfect cycling weather - what more could a girl ask for :D

Will post photo later today of the new cabinet that I brought from TradeMe, this is to store all my quilting fabric etc to tidy up the dining room - very happy - looks so good.
