Hi friends, I have been a little tardy with my blog over the Christmas break... first day back at work today which was a shock to the system. We have had a lovely break - lots of good weather, lots of eating, sleeping in, catching up with the gardening (or should I say weed-pulling), and Chris also had the block layer back to finish off two retaining walls - though more of that later.
The highlight of the Christmas break just has to be... visiting Junior Witch in Oamaru - myself, Kaitlyn and Rebekah for a short visit - though we seemed to have packed in a lot of sightseeing (including visiting Dunedin - Cadbury Factory, Train Station etc; Moraki Boulders), shopping, eating and even riding Bobby at Junior Witch's RDA where she volunteers... was so sad to leave - even a few tears were shed (surprise surprise) - here is a selection of my favourite pics from our travels...
