where would we be without our daughters...

My darling Kait has been my angel in disguise the last few days... she has really stepped up to the plate and has been an absolute gem, helping with house chores, cooking meals, making cuppas and looking after me...

Darling Becks has been a reluctant helper though have managed to get her to do a few chores without too much complaint.

this is day one - very numb from local anestetic and swollen.

this is day three.

Onto day four right hand index, middle finger still slightly numb and tingly. Prob shouldn't be on computer - though SO BORED and sick of watching telly... very slow at typing which is hard as so used to being able to type 90+ words min !! there in lies where the problem started...

will sign off here and go surfing bloglines to catchup on everyones news.

thank you for your well wishes - oh so lovely to hear from you.

stitches come out Fri 31 Oct - yeah.

love & hugs

Julz,
You porr thing, both hands at once. I had only one hand done many years ago and that was awkward enough. Its a pain the the butt isn't it having to rely on people to help with things. So pleased your daughter is helping out. They always seem to rally round when you need them, I also have been finiding that out with my "moment" and Bill being away , Jack is an absolute honey. Take care of yourself. Hugs Deb

Things can only get better now. I hope you heal fast and well and that you can pick up a needle really soon. Do try to do as the surgeon advised, I know it's hard, but do try.

OH my.......... I can't believe you had both done at the same time. I have to go to a neuro surgeon (I think that is who it is) and have whatever tests done on mine. I'm not looking forward to it.

It's a B**** getting old LOL

Hugs,

Nancy

Hope that you are feeling well soon! I am so afraid to have the surgery done, but you give me hope! Let me know how things go and what to expect.

I'll be thinking of you! Give your daughter a big hug!
